In this episode were did a brief overview of the newsletter. Here are the main take aways:
- Many times it is difficult for us to pinpoint the exact reason why we are stressed, which makes it difficult to manage or cope.
- If we know what our normal bodily reactions are to different circumstances, it becomes easier to identify when our 'abnormal' isn't 'normal'.
- It is important for us to be mindful of how we take care of our body while we are stressed. Unhealthy habits form when w have a stressed heart, and those very actions can be precursors to various heart diseases; such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, type 2 diabetes.
